Recently… ok, ok, 3 weeks ago, we received the Juppy “Momentum” Baby Walker. I was impressed with the packaging. Juppy didn’t waste any space in the cardboard shipping box. No box fillers were used! This was wonderful but I would have liked it better if they would have left out the single use plastic all together and packed the Juppy Baby Walker right into it’s included carry pouch.

Initially, after trying it on Naomi for the first time, I thought that this would not be something that would be good for us. I thought that maybe a baby that hadn’t started walking while holding hands yet. As the review peroid was ending, I decided to try it again. Naomi loved it! She is getting to the point where she can walk on her own but doesnt have the confidence that she can do it. The Juppy has helped her gain some confidence in the past 2 days. Today she took 10 steps on her own after I had let go of the straps. The best part is that my back doesn’t hurt and we can walk together until she gets tired instead of when I get tired of being hunched over.

I like that it is constructed of soft and strong materials. I also like that it is easy to adjust how much “help” I am providing for Naomi while she gains more confidence in herself. Naomi is now 14 months old and is loving being more independent each day.

The only thing that I thought could be improved is that it would be nice if the straps could be removed from the main part so that it would be easier to use when Naomi is ready. Just snap on the straps and away we go. I don’t know exactly what that will mean as far as design and saftey but I think that it would be a great thing to be able to do.
